This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) applies to the treatment of personally identifiable information submitted by, or otherwise obtained from, you in connection with the associated application (“Application”). The Application is provided by Dovies Limited (and may be provided by Dovies Limited On behalf of Dovies Limited Licensor or partner (“Application Partner”). By using or otherwise accessing the Application, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Statement.

Personal Information You Provide to Us:
We collect the content, and other information you provide when you use our app, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the date a photo or content was created. It can also include what you see through features we provide, such as our camera, so we can do things like adding a date and filter that help you track your progress when you take a picture using our camera. We ask your consent to access your camera so that you can take a profile picture or take a progress picture only. Dovies Limited will not access your camera without your consent. You only use our camera feature only when you want to take a progress picture or profile picture.
We may also receive and store any information you submit to the Application (or otherwise authorize us to obtain – such as, from (for example) your Facebook account or Instagram account). The types of personal information collected may include your full name, email address, gender, IP address, browser information, username, demographic information, photes and any other information necessary for us to provide the Application services.
Personal Information Collected Automatically:
We receive and store certain types of usage related information whenever you interact with the Application. For example, Dovies Limited may automatically receive and record information regarding your computer’s IP address, browser information, Facebook user ID, Facebook Page fan status, and URLs accessed. Such information may be shared in aggregate (non-personally identifiable) form with our partners.

The Application may permit you to link to other applications or websites. Such third party applications/websites are not under Dovies Limited’s control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by Dovies Limited of those other applications/websites or the services offered through them. The privacy and security practices of such third party application/websites linked to the Application are not covered by this Privacy Statement and Dovies Limited is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Dovies Limited allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list may change in the event the Application changes.

By using our Service, you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to create content, including photos, comments and other materials ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content publicly. This means that other Users may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you make publicly available
Dovies Limited does not claim ownership of any Content that you create on or through the Service or any other social media networks. Instead, you hereby grant to Dovies Limited a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use the Content that you create or on or through the Service.
Who you may choose to share your User Content with: Any Personally Identifiable Information or content that you voluntarily disclose such as User Content that you have created, may become available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings. If you remove information that you have created on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users have copied or saved that information.
CHANGING OR REMOVING INFO
As a user of an account, you may update or delete the Personal Information in your profile by logging into your account. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may keep an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Specific Shared Data cannot be retrieved from Preferred Partners after its disclosure.
Where you share information with other users through the communication channels of our Services, you generally should not expect to have any ability to modify or remove such communications. Nor should you expect us to modify or delete your comments upon your request.
If your friend received an invitation from Doviesfitness app per your referral to try the Services, your friend may request that the name and email address used in the invitation be removed from Dovies limited records. We store this information for the sole purposes of measuring the effectiveness of our referral program and sending the email you initiated, but your friend can request to have it removed from our database by emailing us at email@example.com
CAN CHILDREN USE THE APPLICATION?
Our site and the services available through Dovies Limited are not intended for children under the age of 13. Dovies Limited does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. We encourage you to participate in your child’s web experience.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
Dovies Limited may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Site or sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Statement when he or she uses or otherwise accesses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
