The only necessary equipment is a dumbbell, barbells, resistance bands. If you doing it from the gym then you can use some cable and pulley machines for some of the workouts. In addition to the workouts you will also be provided with a diet plan you can follow to get faster results. Always remember, whether you want to lose or gain weight, you will need a proper diet plan to help you get there. You will have the option to edit the whole plan or edit the individual workouts.
