The Max Shredder Pro 3.0 program is designed for those who want to get toned, shed fat, and get shredded. This is the upgrade version of Mix Max Ultimate Fat Assault 2. Each workout is 30 min, but you can repeat it to get a full hour workout like I usually do. You don't need any fancy equipment or a gym for this plan.
