This is a 30 day challenge. All the workouts are 20mins. Something you can do any time of the day. Due to this on going COVID-19 crisis a lot of people are at home without a gym. These are workouts everyone can do at home. All you need is a space, a set of dumbbells, kettlebells, a table, or couch and you will be good to go. All the workouts are 20 mins but you can repeat it twice to get 40 mins or 3 times to get an hour workout.
